Internet access: how it works?
At FILAU Fibres internet Laurentides, the operation of wireless high speed internet access is very simple.
A FILAU technician contacts the customer, within 10 days of receiving the contract, to schedule an appointment with him between 8am-6pm. Installation time may vary depending on the location and type of site environment. On site, the technician will install a 2.4 gigahertz (Ghz) radio antenna in a suitable location. The FILAU representative also positions a power supply unit inside the property. The installation also includes an Ethernet cable to connect the computer.
